Mission of SLO Student Ministries

This is our ministry to 6th-12th grade students. SLOSM exists is to lead students into a deeper relationship with Jesus. We want students to be known and to realize their value to Christ and His Kingdom. Our desire is to equip our students with the Biblical foundation needed to successfully navigate Middle School - High School and develop a faith of their own.

B APTISM

On May 21, we saw 4 of our young people take the step of public pronouncement of their faith by being baptized.  What a blessing these souls have been and will be to the church.

Meet Ups

Wednesdays
6:00pm-8:00pm

During the Summer, we will meet on Wednesday nights from 6-8pm in the gym for fun games, practical Biblical teaching.  This is a great place for students to encourage their relationship with Jesus Christ and make lasting friendships with their peers.

Sundays
9:30am-10:30pm

Sunday morning bible study is a great way to go a little deeper.  We meet in the Student Union during the Sunday School hour.  After we join the worship service at 10:45.

Everyone is welcome no matter your background or place in life!

SLO Student Ministries recognizes that being a community of young believers isn't always a high. But God calls us to encourage one another wherever we are in our walk with Jesus.  We encourage life together, and we do that by having a space where we can laugh, be adventurous, and make mistakes together. No one is perfect!  Let's figure out what it means to be all in for Christ together.
